  • Digital Lookbook (5 looks): +$150.

  • Extra Personal Shopping Hours: +$100/hour.

FAQ’s

  • Location: Toronto, Ontario - Styling sessions will be held at Katy’s office space.

    In person services outside of Toronto are subject to additional fees dependent on time and location. In person sessions will not be held in clients home  

  • It will depend on the package you choose (please refer to the packages above). All in person sessions will have a 2 hour minimum.

  • Cancellation or Missed Appointment Policy

    Cancellation Window:

    • Clients must notify at least 48 hours in advance if appoint needs to be canceled or rescheduled

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the total service fee.

    No-Show Policy:

    • Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

    Rescheduling:

    • Clients may reschedule once without penalty if they provide notice at least 48 hours in advance.

    Deposit Policy

    • A non-refundable deposit of 25–50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. This deposit:

      • Is applied toward the final service fee.

      • Protects against late cancellations and no-shows.

    Refund Policy

    • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the cancellation or rescheduling is made at least 48 hours in advance.

    • No refunds or transfers are issued for no-shows or late cancellations.

    Communication Methods

    • Clients can cancel or reschedule via email, phone call, or text message (specify your preference).
